Recipe Description

Leftover roti with cheese and chili.

Ingredients:-

  • Leftover roti – 6 no
  • Amul cheese, grated – 1 cup
  • Green chili, finely chopped – 2-3 no
  • Onion , finely – 1 no
  • Salt – if required

 

Method:-

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
  2. Heat non stick tawa and cook from both the sides until crispy.
  3. Add chopped onion, chilies and sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  4. Place roti into oven and cook until cheese melts.
  5. Cut and serve immediately.
