Recipe Description

Chicken Burger
Ingredient                              Quantity
Chicken Breast (Boneless)    1 No.
Chicken Fillet (Boneless)       2 No.
Eggs                                       ½ No.
Cheese cubes                       100 gm.
Oil                                          for cooking
Ginger chopped                    1 tsp
Garlic chopped                     1 tsp
Green chilli chopped             2-3 no.
Mix herbs                              ½ tsp + ¼ tsp
Chilli flakes                            1 tsp + ¼ tsp
Soya sauce                            1 tsp + ½ tsp
Red chilli sauce                      1 tbsp
Vinegar                                   1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Onion cut into ring                   1 no.
Burger Buns                             2 no.
Butter                                       1 tbsp
Ice burg lettuce                        1 no.
Mayonnaise                             2 tsp
Cheese slice                           2 No.

Method:
1. Wash and pat dry the chicken with muslin cloth and cut into small pieces like kheema.
2. Take Chicken kheema in mixing jar, add eggs and cheese cubes and grind well.
3. Take grinded chicken kheema in mixing bowl and keep it aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilles, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
5. Take chicken kheema, Add mix herbs, chilli flakes, soya sauce and salt.
6. Add chopped onion in pan, mix well and sauté for 1 min.
7. Add this mixture in chicken kheema bowl and mix well and keep it in the freezer for 15-20 min.
8. Heat 1 tsp of oil in same pan, add onion ring and sauté for 1 min.
9. Add salt, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, mix herbs, chilli flakes and vinegar, mix well and sauté for 1
min.
10. Remove in a bowl and keep it aside.
11. Take burger buns, cut into half, apply butter and keep it aside.
12. Take ice burg lettuce, separate the leaves and place it in a bowl, add ice and little water, mix
well and keep it aside.
13. Heat the burger buns in a pan, remove and keep it aside.
14. Take out the chicken kheema from the freezer, take one portion of chicken kheema mixture,
place it on wait muslin cloth and give the round shape like patty.

15. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan, place the prepared chicken patty and Cook the patty until brown in
color on the bottom for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn patty and cook until other side is browned for 3 to
4 minutes more.
16. Take burger buns, put iceberg lettuce on bottom, and put prepared onion rings on top of the
lettuce.
17. Put mayonnaise on top of the onion.
18. Switch off the flame and put cheese slice on top of chicken patty and place it on the burger
buns.
19. Close the buns, sprinkle some mix herbs and chilli flakes on top and serve hot.
