This simple but delicious salad recipe of crab, avocado and orange is a wonderfully healthy dish
Ingredient Quantity
Crab stick chopped 8-10 no
Avocado diced 1 no
Cherry tomato halves 1/2 cup
Orange 2 no
Iceberg lettuce 2 cup
Dill leaves chopped 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper crushed to taste
For Dressing
Olive oil 3/4 cup
White wine vinegar 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp
Fresh orange juice 2 Tbsp
Grated lemon zest 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Method for dressing:
- combine all the ingredient in a small jar and shake well to blend.and keep aside
- In a bowl add chapped crab stick, diced avocado, cheery tomato chopped dill leaves salt pepper and mix well.
- Peel and cut orange into segments and keep aside.
- Now add in the prepared dressing to the salad and tossed well.
- In martini glass place the prepared salad then place the iceberg lettuce cup on the side garnish with orange segment and serve.
