Recipe Description

Tangy ,spicy Raw mango and mint Chutney, a perfect spread for parathas, sandwiches. Serve as an accompaniment for kababs, grills.

Ingredient                                          Quantity

Fresh mint leaves                                1 small bunch

Raw mango                                         1 no.

Green chili                                          3 no.

Small onion                                         1 no.

Coriander leaves                                 ½ cup

Ginger                                                 1inch

Sugar                                                   ½ tsp

Black salt                                             ¼ tsp

Dry mango powder                             ½ tsp

Salt                                                      to taste

 

Method:-

  1. Peel the raw mango and cut it into small pieces. Peel and roughly chop onions.
  2. In a mixer add in the raw mango, coriander leaves, mints leaves, sugar, ginger green chili, onion and grind it into a smooth paste.
  3. Remove in a bowl add salt, black salt, and dry mango powder and mix well.
  4. Remove it in a serving bowl and serve.
