Ingredients:-

  • Noodles  – 400 grams
  • Toasted sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Oil – 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves, chopped – 3-4 no
  • Onion bulbs, sliced – 2 spring
  • Green chillies, chopped – 2 no
  • Light soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
  • Chilli sauce – 4 tablespoons
  • MSG (optional) – ¼ teaspoon
  • White pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Peanuts, roasted and crushed – ½ cup
  • Bean sprouts – 1 cup
  • Vinegar – 1 tablespoon

 

Method:-

  1. Boil the noodles in plenty of water till just done. Drain and mix in sesame oil.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok.  Add the garlic, spring onions, green chillies and stir-fry for a few seconds.  Add the noodles, soy sauce, chilli sauce, MSG, white pepper powder and salt and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the peanuts, sesame seeds, bean sprouts and vinegar and cook over a high heat for a minute, stirring and tossing continuously.
  4. Serve hot.
