Ingredients:-
- Noodles – 400 grams
- Toasted sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
- Oil – 4 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves, chopped – 3-4 no
- Onion bulbs, sliced – 2 spring
- Green chillies, chopped – 2 no
- Light soy sauce – 3 tablespoons
- Chilli sauce – 4 tablespoons
- MSG (optional) – ¼ teaspoon
- White pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Peanuts, roasted and crushed – ½ cup
- Bean sprouts – 1 cup
- Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Method:-
- Boil the noodles in plenty of water till just done. Drain and mix in sesame oil.
- Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic, spring onions, green chillies and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add the noodles, soy sauce, chilli sauce, MSG, white pepper powder and salt and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the peanuts, sesame seeds, bean sprouts and vinegar and cook over a high heat for a minute, stirring and tossing continuously.
- Serve hot.
